From beginning to end, Andy did a fantastic job.  Extremely professional, he took his time to review all the damage in my unit and then prepared a detailed estimate for repairs.  I really appreciated this vs receiving a lump sum estimate that you have no idea what is included.  The workers were organized, cleaned up after, and were very attentive to detail as well.  Subsequently, Andy and I reviewed the work order and line items which had not been necessary were removed from the work order. I had heartbreaking water damage from a slow leaking old toilet, then the Bad Kitty wrestled with the hose behind the washer and caused further water damage to the vinyl flooring! I called Allied and they were so professional, polite, understanding and very thorough during the mitigation process. I appreciate the office staff, field techs and Supervisor Jorge who knew I was a self-pay customer and the services had to be minimized. Andy the Project Manager was also professional, knowledgeable and mindful in the cost of repairs. Andy offered solid advice on the project moving forward. Andy Worrel came out to do the inspection for our damaged wall in our industrial building and I was impressed with his knowledge, professional attitude, and was very nice as well. He also was very thorough in his inspection and he found more damage that nobody else had caught. Iam very happy with Andy and he was easy to communicate with as well. Jason and the entire Allied team were amazing! After a leak in our kitchen and dealing with home owners insurance for almost 6 months, they came in with a clear plan, listened to what we wanted and made it happen! On the week of March 18th James came to my condo to assess our situation. As soon as I let him in I felt an instant ease. As we did the walk through I was telling him how badly things were going, he spoke to me with such kindness and every single one of his responses made me feel validated. He was the first person, other than Andy, to make me feel like my family and I actually matter in this chaos. Before he left he reassured me that the team that would be coming to take all of our stuff would make me feel the same way and boy was he correct. On March 25th Giuseppe, Lindsay and Carlos came, I was one week out from leaving on a family vacation and all my stuff was about to be removed. To say I was stressed and sad is an understatement, I was practically in tears before they got started and Giuseppe reassured me that they will do whatever it takes to make this process as smooth and stress free as possible. I literally couldn’t have asked for better humans to come into my home. I felt like I’ve know them for years, as they worked effortlessly they also brought so much joy. We laughed a lot, which was wonderful and my daughters loved them too. My little one was enamored by Lindsay and kept telling me how much she likes her. Carlos was such a joy to be around when handling all my Star Wars stuff, I got to nerd out about my lightsaber while he gave me tips on how to yield it better. Last but not least Giuseppe, what an incredible human, I felt like I’ve know him for years. Conversation came so naturally and he just brought so much comfort to such a crappy situation. I know this is a long review but I didn’t know how to express my gratitude without being so transparent. Whoever does your hiring should also get some kudos because 5 employees from your company have been in my life, my home and around my family and each and every one of them have been exceptional. There are so many more incidents these people have been incredible throughout this process but I’ll stop here. Thank you again Allied for providing an excellent team of employees. Andy, James, Giuseppe, Lindsay and Carlos thank you for everything you did for my family words will never be enough to show you my appreciation and gratitude.
