3. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing
IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE: Allied Restoration Services uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools, including third-party AI services, to process communications. This section describes that use in detail as required by California law.
3a. How We Use AI
We use automated artificial intelligence tools for the following specific purposes:
• Transcription: Converting voice recordings to text for record-keeping and review
• Quality Analysis: Analyzing transcripts to evaluate and improve our customer service and sales processes
We do NOT use AI to make automated decisions that directly affect your service eligibility, pricing, or contractual terms.
3b. Third-Party AI Services
We share call recordings and/or transcripts with the following third-party AI service providers:
• OpenAI (openai.com) — transcript analysis and quality review
• CallRail (callrail.com) — call recording, hosting, and transcription
These providers process your data on our behalf and are contractually required to protect your information.
3c. Your Right to Opt Out of AI Processing
You have the right to opt out ofhaving your communications processed by AI tools. To exercise this right:
• Phone calls: Inform our representative when they answer
• In-person: Inform the Allied representative before orduring the conversation

Opting out of AI processing does not affect your ability to receive restoration services from Allied.
4. How We Use Your Information
• To provide restoration and mitigation services
• To communicate with you about your project

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Phone recordings: Hosted and retained by CallRail per their retention policy; Allied does not maintain local copies
• Call transcripts: Retained in our internal system for 12 months from date of creation, then permanently deleted
• Customer project records: Retained for 7 years per standard business and legal requirements
8. Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. Transcripts are stored in a secured web application with access controls and database-level row security.
